Terms of use
Effective August 15, 2026. Scan Search Sell helps customers photograph items, receive AI-assisted research, maintain private item records, prepare marketplace drafts, connect supported seller accounts, and publish only after customer review and confirmation.
You are responsible for confirming identity, authenticity, condition, category, title, description, price, photos, shipping, returns, taxes, marketplace fees, legal compliance, and every final listing. Do not use the service for counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, regulated, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful items or content.
New customer accounts receive five free successful ads during launch. A credit is intended to be consumed only when the marketplace confirms successful publication. Purchased credits and refund requests remain subject to the checkout terms shown at the time of purchase and applicable law.
Privacy
We process account information, uploaded item photos, item records, research results, listing drafts, listing-credit transactions, technical logs, and encrypted marketplace authorization tokens to operate and protect the service.
Payment providers process payment details; C2 Cybertek does not intend to store complete card numbers. Connected marketplaces process seller authorization and marketplace activity. We do not sell customer personal information.
Customers may request account deletion through available account controls or C2 Cybertek support. Some payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, and legal records may be retained when required.
AI and Cyra notice
Cyra provides research assistance, value guidance, and draft content. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is not authentication, professional grading, a formal appraisal, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of marketplace approval or sale price.
