Quick answers.
Does every collection item automatically go up for sale?
No. Your collection is private. An item enters Scan Search Sell only when you choose Send to Scan Search Sell.
Does Scan Search Sell buy or sell my item?
No. The app helps you research and prepare a listing. You remain the seller, use your own marketplace account, communicate with the buyer, and receive the sale proceeds.
Can I edit or delete an item?
Yes. You can update item details and photos. Deleted collection items remain recoverable for 30 days before permanent removal.
Can Cyra research an item again?
Yes. Add better photos or corrected details and choose Research again with Cyra. Review the new result before replacing your own notes or listing details.
Can I use the portal without a computer?
Yes. The portal works in a phone browser. A desktop computer simply gives you more screen space for sorting and editing.
Is Cyra an appraisal or authentication service?
No. Cyra provides AI-assisted research and value guidance. Her results are not authentication, professional grading, a formal appraisal, or a guaranteed price.
How much does it cost?
The first five complete ads are free. After that, listing credits are pay-as-you-go during launch. Cyra Pro Review is an optional additional review.
Where is the iPhone version?
The iPhone version is coming soon. Android private testing comes first so the shared account, research, portal, and marketplace flow can be proven before the iPhone release.
